Client was charged with speeding at 41 mph in a 30 mph zone. He was a lorrydriver to trade. He wished to plead guilty and an exceptional hardship proof was fixed. Client was charged with speeding on the A702 which has a 60 mph speed limit. The client was clocked by a UNIPAR device at 88 mph. The client proceeded to trial in this matter but the Crown were unable to prove the case and the client was acquitted. |
